Opencart 2.0.x.x filter module LOGICAL relation.

Dear all,
I am trying to use the filters . It seems that the logical relation between the group of the filters is "OR" and not an "AND" relation.
Is there any way to make this work or should I have to buy
an addon for it?

@ADD Creative: thank U for the links. Only one of them seems to be specific (the one with many replacements in code, but for oc 1.5. and I look for oc 3).

first one: I have tried and purchased, AlexDW could not help. The second one only for version 1.5 - probably too old

A bit on confusion... The first one is free. Also what did not work with it?

the AND condition did not work. It kept doing OR condition
