I have a narrow image in my banner, and I would like the banner to fit the image, otherwise the image gets really small on small devices.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

You can see what I mean here http://webrecipemanager.com/bm/

if you want your image with 100% on your banner, you can edit:
catalog/view/javascrip/jquery/owl-carousel/owl.carousel.css

found:

Code: Select all

.owl-carousel {
	margin: 0 0 20px;
	background: #fff;
	direction: ltr !important;
	z-index: 1;
}
add after

Code: Select all

.owl-carousel  img{
	 width: 100%;
}

18 extra positions FREE, Unlimit style color for default theme FREE, Vietnamese Language, vietxuangas.com.vn

Unfortunately, that made no difference.

Hi santura,

You probably need to inform about what banner layout you are using. I.E. carousel etc
If you are using a custom theme or not. More information... everyone would be just guessing...

Ok apparently my last reply didn't do the job.

Maybe it would be easier to visit http://barbaramclennan.com to see the issue.

I am using the default slideshow provided with version 2.0.2.0 which is obviously built for landscape images.

I would really like to know how to make the slideshow fit portrait images like mine.

Since you're using a custom theme, contact the theme developer to make the addition to the theme for you.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

I solved this by placing a div with the correct width around the slideshow div in

catalog\view\theme\default\template\module\slideshow.tpl
