Opencart Version 2.1.0.2
How to replicate:
Place an order on the shop and proceed through the checkout out stage until you get to Step 5.
Select a payment method but don't check "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" . Click Continue.
The button changes from Continue to Loading but never resets so you can press it even if you do check to accept you've read the T&C's. Video demostrating this is here : https://www.dropbox.com/s/bchag3v7xib6j ... r.wmv?dl=0
You have to refresh the whole screen and start again to make it work.

Confirming that removing
$('#button-payment-method').button('loading'); from catalog/view/theme/default/template/checkoutcheckout.tpl does fix this issue.

For anyone still experiencing this issue on 2.1.0.2 I've attached a VQMOD which should fix it.
