I have a new install of 2.1.0.2

I seem to be having a problem with the Royal Mail international shipping options.

I enabled all of the international options but only 2 of the 5 show when I try to place a dummy order.

International Economy and Standard display without a problem, however Signed, Tracked and Tracked and Signed simply do not show up.

Is there something else that needs to be enabled for these services to show up. Has anyone else had this problem as I don't know what else to do at this point.

Maybe the other 3 options aren't available for that specific country.

After spending 2 days I found

catalog/model/shipping/

File: royal_mail.php

('royal_mail_international_signed_zones_1_rate'));
('royal_mail_international_signed_zones_2_rate'));

Change to

('royal_mail_international_signed_zone_1_rate'));
('royal_mail_international_signed_zone_1_rate'));
