Call to a member function getModule() on a non-object

I am getting this w/ Open Cart version 2.0.3.1
In both MS IE and Google Chrome when on this URL
http://www.mystore.com/store/index.php
Fatal error: Call to a member function getModule() on a non-object in /home/trophy12/public_html/store/catalog/controller/common/headertop.php on line 54
It seems to be fine with Firefox but MS IE and Google Chrome -- Fail.
I don't see why there would be a different?
