Calculate and Award Reward Points for Past Orders

Hello, I am looking for an OpenCart extension which offers the ability to award reward points based on all past "Completed" orders. I can't seem to find one in the Extensions search that can achieve this.
Does this exist or would anyone be able to produce it for us for a price?
