Interference between two extensions [FIXED]

Hello,

I use a manufacturer_info.xml which I found on Opencart, can't find it now anymore on the opencart extension, so I can't contact the developer for it. Copied from the XML: <author>Mondokat (patch for 1.1 provided by akomic)</author>

The problem is, when Openstock was installed by Welfordmedia, the Whole sale got removed from catalog>product list.. I need it back. I edited the price before under edit>data (Now: Edit>stock control, but it's not shown under productlist)

What my theme developer found out:
Regarding the problem with the Wholesale Price not showing on the product listing page I further investigated the problem and it is caused by a interference between the _openstock.xml and manufacturer_info.xml. Both files are making modifications in the product_list.tpl and modify the same code in this template. And because the _openstock.xml modifications are applying first that is why the modifications made bymanufacturer_info.xml cannot be applied and that is why the Wholesale Price is gone under Catalog > Products in the admin panel.

So my question is, can anybody help me to get it back up? See it on the picture attached how it was before, marked in red.

so tell your Friend, to just combine both VqMod's involved into one, so, you'll have no longer a problem,
since you use both of then anyway together, I assume...

There are two very different extension, so making them into one is not an option.

could be a simple fix by changing the way both extensions are applyd.
rename manufacturer_info.xml to Z_manufacturer_info.xml
now it will be loaded as last.

if that does not work, as stated above, both xml files should be combined to 1 xml file, because both files probally have a statement applying to same part of template, and they should be combined.
