Request options ordering module

Hello there.

Does anyone know if there is something where a customer can buy in bulk mode for one product and it also has depended options / child/master options?

For example.

The customer first has to select the color of the product and this gives the specific sizes for that color as next options. Behind each of these sizes there is a field where the customer can fill in the amount for each size they want to order.

Would be nice if it is also possible that the color choser are color boxes or images of the product color.

If this doesnt excist, I would pay for someone that could make this.
