I first noticed this issue with my original installation of OpenCart v2.0.1.1 and it persists with v2.0.3.1.
From customer feedback, it appears that when a customer refreshes the page during checkout, OpenCart generates a new order number. For the order generated by the original checkout page, this shows up in the oc_order table with a zero in the order_status_id field. Since zero is not in the order_status_id table, this order will not appear in the OpenCart dashboard until I edit the oc_order table and change the order_status_id to something other than zero.
Has this been fixed in v2.1.0.1?
