Does anyone know if the free Export/Import Tool by JNeuhoff is compatible with Journal 2 (using OC 2.1.0.1)?
Can I select which Product fields to download into Excel, change values such as Quantity, and upload back to the site?
Also, does it give me all the product option values, like small, med, large?
Is there a way to test it? I don't see a demo.
Or am I better off with CSV Product Import, and CSV Product Export by karapuz, for $32, which seems to do these things?

Since I received no answers about the free Export/Import Tool by JNeuhoff, I had the CSV Product Import and CSV Product Export by karapuz installed, and I like them.
Worth the $32, it gives me the ability to select which fields I want to export, so I can have a copy on my computer of all the product fields, like keywords in the headers, URL, description, image names and meta titles. The Import is good for adding new products. And it shows up very nicely in Excel, easy to format.
There was no difficulty with Journal. Highly recommended!

I discovered a major flaw in the export/import method of updating products.
I have the Custom Image Titles and alt tags extension installed, which adds fields not included in the export, so if I change the quantity or any other value and import it back to the site, the image titles and alt tags all disappear, as ALL Fields are overwritten, so any field that doesn't have a value in the import is deleted.
So I'm now installing Product Quick Edit Plus, so I can edit the products in a table directly on the site without having to export and import.
The product Import is still useful for adding new products, and the Export is useful for having a local record of all my product fields.
