[Solved] - getimagesize - Error

I recently moved my site from a folder to main directory from a recent back up... I now I am getting many of the same error in my log.. over and over aprox 100/hr

From searching I see this is possibly from...
1 - a file with 0size or a corrupt file.
2 - permissions
3 - config file?

on my image folder I have tried different combinations of 755, and 777 all files and folders including cache.
I deleted all images in the folder leaving only logo.png, and received the same error, so I am leaning towards
permissions, anyone have any other possible solutions?

Here is how I solved the error... for anyone one else searching for a solution.
My version of OC 1.5.2

I uploaded a new file ...system/library/response.php from 1.5.6+

Its been 24h and not one of these in my error log.
