Amazon products advice needed

Hello,
I am a Opencart Newbe.

I am looking to sell my Amazon fulfilled products in my opencart store.
Can anyone recommend any extensions/modules to get or stay away from? I have the newest version of opencart.
There are so many options, and I don't want to polute my store with loads of unused/unneeded extensions. I have been searching and reading for days.
