I have seen the "Date available" date in the product settings, but is there any way to make it an end date? Ideally I want my products to have a countdown of availability up to a certain day and time. Is there a way to do this?

I have seen some extensions, but they seem to focus on the dates of special discounts. This isn't what I need. I need the product to be unavailable upon reaching a certain date/time.
