Hi,
I am using OC 2.0.3.1
I am looking 2 extensions preferably free ones.

1. Shipping - I am charging shipping for USA and few other countries if order is less than $XX. Above $XX, shipping is free in USA. For other countries, shipping rates are country wise and NO free shipping for some countries. I know there are two shipping modules - free shipping, flat rate shipping, and country zone shipping but as these are conditional, i want system to populate correct shipping rate as per condition...please help how to do that. Any extension available?

2. Product Availability -
- if product quanity is more than 5, rather than dispalying quantity, it should dispaly more than 5.... or may be "IN STOCK"
- if less than 5, display actual quantity
- if 1, display ONLY 1 LEFT
- if 0, show out of stock.
any extension available for this feature?

For your shipping requirements, you could use Total-Based Shipping. It can set different total-based rates for different geo zones (i.e. countries), which would let you give free shipping to whatever areas/totals you want. For your product requirements, I haven't seen a mod that changes how the stock display works, but there might be something in the extension store. If no one else has any suggestions, you may need to hire someone to write a customization for you. I wouldn't think it would be too difficult of a job.
