Cant install existing Module

Hallo everybody!
I nearly go grazy!!!
I designed a new Module for a paymentservice.
It place a button like paypal in the shoppingcart.
The point is, that i cant install this Modul.
The module is present in the module-list!
When i click on install first it locks well but the button dont turn to red.
The permissions in the usergroup are set correct.
Anybody an idear?
