Need support to show Star rating

Hi all
I have a problem and need your support, thanks in advance!
I used Opencart 1.5.6.4, as defaul, Star rating on Category (lastest, feature...) will be showed when anyone rating and review it.
Now i want to Star rating which was showed ( 0 star) with no one rating and review it. how to do?
