Getting "access denied" message with every new extension

Hi all,
I am posting this question in a new topic, as I coud not find an answer in others related to certain extensions... After I install an extension (be it Sumome or Export import via VQ Mod manager), I get the link in correct menu, etc, but when I try to acces the new functionality I get "Access denied - You don't have permission to access. Contact your system administrator." message . That is just plain ridiculous as I am the top admin and everytime I install extension I make sure that I manage admin group setting accordingly.

That is how OpenCart work.
You always need to set proper permission even for admin group for the new extensions you add.
"Administrator" group is just a name, the permission inside it is matters.

OpenCart doesn't have built-in and locked "super-admin" group that will bypass all permission.

I was a bit frustrated yesterday and maybe gave a bit odd description.... I know I have to set permissions every time a certain extension is installed (in user group settings) however, I have an issue with new functionality not showing there to be able to grant permission... Any advice where I might did something wrong? The extension is showing in the menu and all, it is the permission part that just doesn't show... Thanks!

The permission is listed automaticly by OpenCart based on all files at controller folder.
I would suggest you to contact the extension developer for this issue.

I just installed Export/Import through the Extension installer interface, I gave the Admin the permissions to access/update EVERYTHING, the module appears under Tools like it is supposed to, but I'm getting "Permission Denied! You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator." Errors when I try to go to that page.
