Weight based shipping with maximum sizes

Hi,

I searched a lot and tried a lot shipping module demo's, but I can't find the appropriate shipping module for OC 2.0.3.1. I'm looking for a shipping module which calculates the shipping costs based on the total cart weight and takes the maximum length, width and height of the package into account. We use mailbox envelopes and packages. Both have different pricing (and max sizes). Additionally the prices are depending on the destination country. Which shipping module is suitable for this?

You might need to use a live rate system like FedEx or UPS and use an extension that utilizes the product dimensions.
I offer an advanced FedEx and a UPS mod that takes into account the weight and full dimensions of each item to give the correct exact weight

Qphoria's right, live rates are probably easier to set up than manually creating them. However, if you do want to set your own rates, based on weight/volume/dimensions, you could use Formula-Based Shipping for that. It doesn't have a 3-dimensional packing algorithm, but you can approximate that by setting your own weight/volume limitations, and the max dimensions on the box (to make sure each item fits within the dimensions).
