im trying to upload a OCMOD file in extension installer but there''s an error "Could not connect as localhost:21" ,, but the "FTP port:21" is the default port,,,, im using XAMP MySQL,,,

Try disabling FTP in admin>settings and installing iSenseLabs' extension:
