Hi all - hoping someone can help me.
I have an Opencart site here:
http://www.glenlynacademy.com/estore...
My site was attacked in the Joomla hack attacks a few days ago - I have replaced the main site with an earlier backup, all fine...
The OpenCart attached to it is working but it has some odd text appearing at the top on the homepage and some of the content pages...
for example, The Homepage has this is the top "Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /home/sites/glenlynacademy.com/public_html/estore/catalog/model/tool/image.php on line 28"... and
and:
when I go to Jackets under Hoodies and Jackets I get it twice
"Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /home/sites/glenlynacademy.com/public_html/estore/catalog/model/tool/image.php on line 28Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /home/sites/glenlynacademy.com/public_html/estore/catalog/model/tool/image.php on line 28"
I have no idea what this means or why it is appearing...
Is there any way I can get rid of it? Can I reinstall the "vqmod" files to make it go away?
If so, how do I do this? I don't want the site content to change, I simply want the text to go away...
I have tried to remove the offending line in the "image.php" file but nothing I do makes the syntax acceptable in the edit!!
Please, any clues would be amazing...
Thanks
Dave
you have a mixup in your http / https configuration Files.
Check BOTH config.php files, to make sure, you defined the Paths / Links correctly.
Also check on the htaccess file, to have the redirect line correctly set:

just to make sure, it all works right.

Thank you so much for replying Ernie.
"you have a mixup in your http / https configuration Files"
...What happened was that my original image.php file was corrupted by the hack (my Hosting company had renamed the file ".suspect" and made it unuseable - and I wasn't getting anything at all showing...
I thought I found the relevant content in a forum and copied the PHP in (I know pretty much nothing about PHP) and the shop appeared ALMOST perfect... I am sure that it is the content I found causing the issue but haven't the knowledge to make the extra text go away...
Ideally I want to completely reinstall the Opencart to be sure that everything is fine but am nervous that the existing content and design will disappear (can't have that happen, the shop is huge)... Is there anything I can to to get it back how it was before the troublesome hackers got hold of me!
Btw, checked the config files for the estore and there was a discrepancy (I think - both HTTP and HTTPS show the same domain)
"// HTTP
define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.glenlynacademy.com/estore/');
// HTTPS
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'http://www.glenlynacademy.com/estore/'); "
...I don't really know what it SHOULD say...
SO lost
Thanks again

You may easy overwrite existing data on you server, I would, because you don't know,
what traces still may exist, from the hacker attack, possibly somewhere hidden behind whatever...
If you have a full copy of your latest Software on you PC, you should upload the entire content,
forcing the Client to overwrite any existing Code. Personally, I would rename the ENTIRE SERVER
SHOP Content Sub anyway, then, creating a brandnew shop, by use of the Backed up Shop Software only.
Your existing DB will NOT be affected, by those doings, you won't loose any DB-data, because of such.
Good Luck
