e-way Australia Module / problems with payments

Hi Q,

I purchased the e-way module a while ago and for some reason I have problems recently with it.
If I put it on test mode it works fine, the success page loads and receive email.
But on live mode, with customers e-way live ID it doesn't. Basically, when someone clicks continue on CC page,
it just stays there, no order, no email, nothing.

Yiou experienced that before?
Any idea what it could be?

The page seems to progress something but it doesn't seem to interact with e-way for some reason.

Here is the site.

Thank you!

Check the error log on the server. Is curl installed? Is it timing out? Is the server IP blocked at the eway end? Is the domain entered at the eway end? Look into those things first as they are the most obvious.

Ho Joel,

thanks for you reply.
I solved the problem time ago - in my case it was actually the eway side which caused the problem. For some reason their server blocked my IP (maybee to many requests while testing?)... however... it caused me some headache for nothing at the end. Hope this thread can help others with same issues.

cheers,

Do you have any details on how you were able to resolve this? I'm having the same problem where my ip has been blocked during testing.

I got in touch with e-way and told them about it. They then had to resolve it on their site.
Because it's their system which is blocking the IP you can't do anything - they need to unblock it.
cheers,

It might just be a little hint but might be helpful for someone: to find your IP just use this http://www.showmyip.com/ which shows your IP address.
