Import/Export extension for products

Hi guys,
Hope I am in the right place, I am hoping someone can offer some advice for me on how I can troubleshoot a problem I am having.Please help if you can!

I have installed the extension "Import/Export tool"
(http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC)

It seemed to have installed ok.

When I go to admin > system> tools > Export/Import (which I assume is there because of this new extension) I get an error page
"Permission Denied!"
You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

- I have checked, I have admin permissions, and admin has permissions for every single option available.
- I am running opencart 2.1.0.1

Please help!

Go to admin panel
System > Users > user group

alternatively you can enter `route=user/user_permission` in URL

there you will see administrator user group , click on Edit and then

click on 'Select All' link underneath access permission and modify permission blocks

and save

I have installed this mod, gone through the steps, and when I get to Change Permissions, the option doesn't even exist.

I have uninstalled, cleared, verified FTP settings, and it is missing that one option. This tool is completely locked out no matter what I try.

i have the exact same problem, but what i did is selecting all and untick them then tick them all again and go to the left hand menu, scrol to tools , you will find it under the name of Export / Import , good luck
