Don't show logged in and online customer in reports

Don't show logged in and online customer in reports this is a serious problem in opencart 2.1.0.1. After signup or login, when we access customer info through Json API it shows customer not logged in, Realy this is a serious problem in 2.1.0.1 because we cant make any sale through app associated with our opencart site.
