Invalid date.timezone value ?????

Hi i'm a new user to Open Cart, i'm looking to replace my not so good looking shopping cart on my website and this seems to look like i would like a cart to work.

I sucessfully installed the product but across the top in the admin login i am seeing the below string that confuses me. I ammended the php.ini file with the current timezone (date.timezone = "America/Phoenix")

So being new to this I'm not sure where I need to go to remove this error?
