opencart-1-5-1-to-1-5-6-x-export-import-multilingual-2-27

Hello!
I just installed opencart-1-5-1-to-1-5-6-x-export-import-multilingual-2-27 plugin for my opencart store.
I have the tool/import-export checkbox in my top administrator section, i checked them , but there is still no link export/import showing up in dashboard-> systems menu.
I uploaded the folders with their files in my project but i can't seem to find an explanation to this problem.
I have 1.5.6 OpenCart version.
