image manger doesnt pop up in admin (memory issue)

Hello . I have issue with image manger .all was working fine till last week.
Suddenly when i am trying now to upload images using the image manger i get erorr message related some issue in image.php line 34
i have attached photo of this issue. could u plz help
my oc is 2.03
