Hey guys,
I am running opencart 2.0.1.1 and recently sometimes when customer make payment by credit card, it does not go through, however, when they redo it, it charged them twice.

What do you think is the cause of this?


Another thing,
Recently, the order details no longer gets sent to my email anymore. Why is this?

If you have an answer to these questions I greatly appreciate it.

Which payment gateway are you using?

Ask your hosting company to check the error logs on the server and mail delivery reports for an error. There might be a message in system / error log as well.

I am hosting with Godaddy and I am using authorize.net

Contact GoDaddy and ask them to check the error logs to see if there is a timeout issue with the server. They can also check the email logs and see if there is anything posted to clue you in to why they aren't being delivered to you.
