reset file and directory permissions

Hi all,
I use oc version 1.5.6.4 and some days before, my host chnaged my file and directory permission to 777.
now I am concerned about the site security.
I wanted to restore all permissions to its default but there are two problems:
1- There are too many file and directories in the folder
2- I don't know the default permissions
I will kindly appreciate if anyone could tell where i can find all permissions

Must be a rather unqualified Hoster, doing such, but, it's not your fault.

Download this, to find out, if your OC Dir/File Settings are ok:

Depending on the FTP Client used, you may (Right Mouse Button Click) bulk Select/change CHMOD Settings,
like show on the image below.
