Module not showing in module list

After i installed a theme by uploading admin, catalog folders to my hosting and after i upload ocmod newsletter module and activated it the issue is that when im going to extension/module the newsletter module is not there. what i did wrong

Have you tried once to install this newsletter module on a standard OpenCart installation without any custom theme before?
I have seen in the meantime too many templates changing too many admin functions nobody needs!

I forgot to mention that the newsletter is part of the theme i installed. it is in the modification list but when im going to module list is not ther

Then I assume that it will be displayed somewhere inside the template settings (saw also such configurations, but forgot which template it was ...).
In general, sometimes I cannot understand what some template 'developers' are thinking when they publish their 'sophisticated' template with hundreds of overrides, new designs and loading x external code fragments from external servers ??!!
