Extension for Rewards Points - recommendation?

I just purchased Advanced Rewards Point Pro on the recommendation of someone who is using it and likes it. I am having issues and can't seem to get them resolved with the developer. I am thinking of getting my money back.

Can anyone make a recommendation for one that works well?
