OC 2.1.0.1 Paypal Express Does not Work ( SOLVED )

Hi,
All help appreciated
I have done a New Install of OC 2.1.0.1 and i HAVE added some products and activated PAYPAL Standard and Paypal Express
The Checkout works well on Paypal Standard but Not at all with Paypal Express
If I add a product to my cart and then choose Paypal Express I get this error
cpp-payflow-color value exceeds maximum allowable length.
And then I cannot Checkout ata all ??
