cpp-payflow-color value exceeds max allow length ( SOLVED)

I have this error on a New Install of Opencart 2.1.0.1

I get an error when I use Paypal express Checkout
The error reads cpp-payflow-color value exceeds maximum allowable length.
I get this error after I add a product to my shopping cart and I choose the Paypal Express Checkout button.

I get no error if I use Paypal Standard checkout

I am logged in as a Default User
