Delete Button Not Functioning

Hi, the delete button in both the products and manufacturer areas do not work. If I select what I want to delete and hit delete nothing happens.

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't delete categories, products, or manufacturers. I select what I want to delete and hit the trash can and nothing happens.
