Is a possible somehow change total and tax order.
In picture "yhteensä" top and " ALV" down and "tuotteet" off completely.
Regardless of the sort order, total allways comes last, otherwise it would make no sense.If you dont want dis display total, you can disable it in admin > extension > totals.
That doesnt seem natural.Youd need to create another total extension and place it in the spot you want it.
If you need to display some totals with or without tax, you might be able to use Display Order Totals With Tax. It wouldn't give you exactly the list in your last image, but it *would* allow you to optionally display each line item including and excluding tax.
