uploaded images get flipped!

hi guys,
i get this strange issue trying to upload some images .jpg which were taken from my camera.
they get 90 degrees flipped.
i tried to use an imge editor to re-flip them and also changed the filenames to more simple ones and i finally got the 3 of the 4 images to get uploaded right!
i can do nothing for the last image and of course my biggest concern is the root of the problem because for this one image i could just take a new picture with my camera as landscape...
