Default Filters or Add Filter Groups to All Categories

I am looking for an extension that will allow all categories (or selected categories) to inherit all filters (or selected filters) automatically or as a bulk operation.

For example, I created a filter group called 'Counties' and I want to add all the counties to all categories without doing it manually for each category.

I cannot seem to find an extension that does this. I only found a few that let you bypass adding filters to categories by instead just adding them to products which the category the product is in would inherit the filter as well. I also found an extension that lets me bulk add filters to products, but not to categories.
