first problem (foto 1)
in admin backand i have shipping to all country but in the right site u can see that shop tells that they cant ship to this country . but i have insert in admin shipping to all country
left site azienda - partita iva , how i can change this to not neccesary
2 problema
1 if u go first time to site u see the special prices (FOTO 2)
2 if u click on a produckt with special price and u go in checkout total is normal price but not special price (foto3)
3 foto 3 if u return to home all special price are not viewing . (admin end i have make all special prive)
other problem i have try with moyilla , firefox and explorer .
3 browsers 3 different problems
template provider told me is depending not of template

Problem 1: Most likely a configuration proble, cant say exactly what it is without more details, depends on the shipping method you use also not only what geozone you set.
Problem 2: You have the special prices set for a customer group and you set the registred users to be added to another group so you loose the special prices because after login the customer is no longer in the same group
