how i can make that subcategory is with image
i want to have like in picture please take a look

If you mean sub-category images on category page try this OCMOD extension
Be aware that no effort has been made to design a final layout for the sub-category image wall. This is left for you to do.
If you're not sure of OCMOD installations, have a look at - OCMOD an introduction and installation guide for OpenCart users

Thank you but the upload file empty. I trid the install file but it not the Wright type of file.

Yes that's right the "upload" folder is supposed to be empty.
