After my first unsuccessful upgrade I had two "define" errors - solved those by searching forum (thank you!).
Now I have another problem which I cannot fix - some tables missing.
In admin I see "Error: Table 'xxx_opencart.event' doesn't exist"
In shop I see a different one: " Error: Table 'xxx_opencart.cart' doesn't exist" and a loooong list of errors.
Hope someone can help me solve this..
Thanks!

I did try to run it more than once, but something went wrong - the current list of errors (still available to see live) starts with
Notice: Undefined index: custom_field in /home/dia/public_html/install/model/upgrade.php on line 381
then
Notice: Undefined index: payment_custom_field in /home/dia/public_html/install/model/upgrade.php on line 409
and a long list of similar "undefined field" errors
When I try to load admin I see new theme, so it's partly upgraded..
Going to http://cookonstrike.com/install/ says that upgrade is "finished" but I can run it again - it's all a bit confusing.

Script find necessary sql scripts from network, same all new OC version files and unzip files from zip-package to store server.
One small issue is in few server.leeman wrote:so this is fool proof? lol
If directories general permissions is 755, but eg. system/cache and system/logs directories permission need be 775 or 777, that fullversion is not can used. Therefore that is other version, which is not try upload and unzip files.
I think it is a great tool, personal problem I have no paypal or credit. Is there a way to pay it to a bank transfer?
Besides it should from my opinion work with Opencart itself, is there more documentation about it?
