Store notification email changes per customer

Opencart 2, with Mijoshop 3...

Looking to add a field per customer to change who gets notified when an order is placed instead of the store default email.

I have seen the sales rep mod on the extensions but its not 2.0 stable and no updates lately, is there any other mod that does this or seen this done in another topic?
