Customer Activity Report Not updating

Hi, My Customer Activity Report has stopped updating. Since October 30 2015 no logs ins, logs out and registrations are being listed.
I've tried Closing administration and re entering and Of course i am not applying a date filter (those fields remain blank). Anyone had this same issue or know what may be going on?
