Rgen Theme Cupid

I have installed the Module Rgen Theme - Cupid onto my shop.
Unfortunatley my front end now displays a message
" Theme module not installed.
Please install theme module R.Gen - Cupid from
Admin > Extensions > Modules.
Than go to Extensions > Modifications and click on the
Blue Refresh button (top right corner) to apply theme changes.Theme will not work without Modifications changes. "
Even when i reinstall the message it says " i need to refresh the modules"
But this does not nothing.
I have removed my browser cache and reuploaded it to me server but this does nothing.
