Hi,

We are using a clean version of Opencart 2.1. But now we have a bug. Some orders are 0 euro and there a no products connected to the order. Also oc_order_product is empty with a selected order_id. People are paying us but we don't know what they order because its empty.

Our error log is also empty.

What is this? And how can we fix this urgent?

How is Order processing status and Order complete status in page setting/setting > tab options?
The Processing Order Status = Payment received and Processing And reversed
And Complete Order Status = Shipped and payment received. But thats good, that works like always

what is your payment methods and their order statuses?

The problem is with different payment methods. Opencart default and other additional payment methods.

Is your payment methods order statuses "canceled"?

No, we even have orders with bank transfer (default payment method from opencart) and they also are set to 0 euro.

Yes, our payment methods don't have a status conencted to cancel. Only waiting payment and payment received we use. Today again 2 orders with 0 euro and no products, very anoying to ask the customers what they ordered.

We also have this problem,

97% of orders process OK and the rest are empty.

It seems to have only done it with PayPal so far - very annoying.

Same - no errors in the logs, setup same as we had on previous opencart version.

Please help with urgent fix.

Still the same bug. Error log empty. Replicate the order and its not happening.

And again, every day 2 or 3 empty orders. Very very very very very annoying. Need customers to ask what they ordered and manually change the order, this is so unprofessional.

2. Is your theme journal2?
3. Is in your store incorrect utf8 language files?

That's what I thought. Journal is dependent on the the site been setup correctly, not the other way around.

Been using Journal for 8 months now and never had this problem.
