Double charging customers

Since upgrading to 2.03 last month, one out of every three customers is double charged when using their credit card on paypal payment pro . Also when this happens there appears to be a mailing error where the customers receipt and my email notification for the order are not sent. Can someone please help me resolve this? Tell me what info you need from me and I will try to find it.
