Admin acces error

I do upgrade from 1.5.2 on 1.5.4

I fix all other problem all premison is ok all config is og
store work at least see it all normal
problem is when i login in admin i get that error

did you see that error

In user database there should be a table salt.
This table contains a "salt" a a load of unrelated charachters and numbers, wich contain the decoding key for your password.
