Help with installing opencart 2.1.0.1 with Loopia

Hello! I am trying to install the latest version of Opencart, using Loopias ftp and MySQL. After following each step and uploading ftp on Filezilla correctly, then creating a mysql database which I have access to, then chaning the config-dist names to config.php, I still cannot access "mydomain.com/install". Im stuck at this step, what might I have done wrong? I am using windows.

Check all of the permissions settings on each folder that require it again, if your settings are not working try 777 on the required folders

Also try turning off your firewall or virus protection when uploading to avoid any problems.
