Upgraded to 2.1.0.1 and getting permission denied

Hi all,

Just upgraded and I am able to log into admin cp but when trying to go to any of the settings it is saying permission denied. Also I had latest products on home page and now that is not showing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
