Hi,
im looking to get a POS system integrated on my opencart installation but im not sure which one suits me best or if it can even be done...
this is what im trying to achieve....
we have 4 physical outlets where we sell clothes... now we are creating an online store as well.. we need to maintain the stock throughout the stores (physical and online). so for instance.. we have 40 items in stock.. and we have allocated 10 items on each physical store.. but online store will show the item in stock till the last of those 40 items have gone.
now the issue is.. to allocate the quantities of items to physical stores and not the online multistore pattern... and then subtract the stock from either one of the physical store..
also the second issue is to have a pos for the employees in the physical store to make sales on the system and manage the stock.
i hope im making any sense.. looking forward to hear from you lot..
thanks.
I have been playing with doing this for a couple of years now with one of my sites. There are some great looking extensions out there now which will let you do every thing you need. I have installed the Free version of this on one of my test sites and works really well. To do what you will need they charge $299 I think but that would be a small investment if all the features work as they say.

The free version is very good and I recommend that. I have not tried the paid version but if I needed the features I would
