b2b showcase module - no sales, allow buy requests

is there any b2b module that disables the shopping cart features but allows sellers to display their products in admin-specified categories, but also allows buyers to submit buy requests and posts those requests publically?
seems that there are some things kinda close but no true full-fledged b2b system
