Is it possible to delete the products from the store via export/import tool? OC2.0

DB's can only be 'handled' by such as 'editing' valid VALUES, but not by removing Tables, or adding, Tables, their
Sections, or their Content, or handle such 'new', not yet existing - , only accessable by MySql Admin, - Access +
Functions, with Import/Export Tools.
